The “Territory and Power in Constitutional Transitions” are multiple essays that detail the challenges of territorial disagreements of the making process and design of the constitution. Sujit’s field work includes technical advice to multi party dialogues, facilitating public dialogue sessions with civil society groups and other stakeholders, and drafting technical reports.

George Anderson is a fellow at the Centre for Democracy and diversity at Queen’s University. He is a former deputy minister for the Canadian government and former CEO of the Forms of Federations.
